Legacy Pines
Facility
The equine facility at Legacy Pines was built in 2020 and the barn was purchased in 2022 by Tammy and Aubrey Braham.
The horse farm includes a multitude of amenities, including but not limited to: an 80" x 200" indoor arena, 16 stalls, two wash racks, two tack rooms, and a heated viewing room.
Stalls
Two barns sit on the farm, with a total of 16 stalls.
Each stall is equipped with commercial grade fans, a large window, individual lighting, and is fully matted.
Indoor Arena
The indoor arena is 80" x 200" with a custom sand/clay mixture. Excellent dirt for both pleasure and performance horses. A round pen is located on one end for indoor turnout options.
Outdoor Paddock
An outdoor dry lot paddock is available for outdoor turnout or riding.
Wash Racks
Two wash racks are located in the center of the barn, easily accessible from each aisleway. Both wash racks feature hot/cold water year round.
Tack Stalls
Two tack stalls are located in the barn on each side of the barn, easily accessible by all horses.
Viewing Room
A heated viewing room is equipped with couches, microwave, refrigerator, and is the perfect location to comfortably watch lessons in the indoor arena.
